EAGE Digital brings together experts and business leaders to discuss technology and strategic innovation in energy and subsurface resource industries. Participants from a range of disciplines in geosciences and related engineering, CO2 storage, geothermal, environmental, petrophysics, and mining are coming together in Paris to share insights to help accelerate the pace of change in the industry.
Onward at EAGE
Onward will be presenting at two sessions during the three-day event, March 25–27, 2024. We’ll also have a paper available at Monday’s poster session. On the first day of the conference, Onward CEO Jeff Allyn is part of a roundtable discussion on the topic of “Dynamic Digital Ecosystems.” This noon session will take on the challenges that oil and gas companies are facing as they try to remain competitive and evolve their business models while developing new low-carbon technologies.
Be sure to stay until the end of day three so you can join Onward’s Mik Isernia in a session titled “Integration and Collaboration in the Digital Data World.” Mik will be part of a conversation about the future of digital technologies that are designed to improve how we store and analyze data, work collaboratively, and improve the effectiveness of communication. This session will explore digital developments in the energy industry, with a spotlight on the Open Subsurface Database Universe (OSDU) and the essential building blocks for efficient and effective geoscience integration and collaboration.
Monday’s poster session will feature a paper by Onward: “Leveraging Secure Cloud-Based Collaboration Platforms to Accelerate the Energy Transition Through On-Demand Access to Global Expertise.” In it, Onward makes a case for greater cooperation in the energy industry in order to accelerate energy transition.
