Description

We’re looking for a structural geologist to work on an exciting project assessing the viability of Precambrian rocks for economic hydrocarbon resource development.

We are looking for a structural geologist with over 10 years of experience in basin-scale structural characterization of the subsurface. Experience in understanding structural evolution of epicontinental regions a plus.

The objective(s) for this project will be to review both public and proprietary information (literature, reports, and proprietary data) to both characterize and summarize important play elements for potential development as economic hydrocarbon systems. Focus areas will be on documenting the structural history, current state of stress, and fault and fracture systems in the AOI.

What You’ll Bring:
  • 10+ years of experience in your field

  • Expert in Structural geology

  • Familiar with current literature and up to date with current subsurface workflows.

  • Relevant work experience in epicontinental basins advantageous
