Overview
10 weeks
Duration

Project Type
10 years
Minimum Experience
For this project, we want to test a new way to look at an underexplored area. We are seeking up to three geoscientists with diverse backgrounds to work in the white space and explore in an active margin. This project relies primarily on published literature and other public information to perform a petroleum systems assessment. The selected geoscientists will work both independently and collaboratively to take a first principles look at the area of interest. The key deliverables are:
Petroleum system element maps
Cross sections for different domains
Potential play concepts and sweet spots identified
Report summarizing findings
This is the initial phase in a potential multi-phase project. Pending the results of this work, there is the possibility of a second potential phase to further mature concepts with seismic and/or well data.
The project will be 10 weeks full-time, starting in May.

10+ years of experience in regional and frontier exploration

Comfortable finding and working with published literature
